Digital Marketing Coordinator
3BG Supply
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing 3BG Supply Co.'s online presence and growing sales through its website. This role focuses on driving and executing strategies for SEO, paid search, email marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Propose on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to optimize content.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website copy and blog posts.
- Partner with the Development team to implement SEO strategies.
Paid Search:
- Work with Paid Search firm to optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid search campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows to ensure effective communication.
- Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Social Media Management:
- Increase 3BG Supply Co.'s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to our B2B audience.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, and other social media analytics platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep 3BG Supply Co. at the forefront of the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
