Account Executive

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. The AE will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate sale and purchase prices to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Maintain current market and competitor knowledge related to our products.
- Develop an understanding of customers' evolving application and operational challenges.
- Create and win sales opportunities for our products within dedicated accounts.
- Solve customers’ pain by matching our products and services in order to effectively meet customer needs while achieving optimal margins.
- Provide a superior purchasing experience by responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders.
- Partner with Sales Administrators and Product Engineers for the logistics of ordering and sourcing products.
- Prior experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Detail-oriented and transparent in communication.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
