Testing Technician

The testing technicians performs cell build up and testing of turbo testing, components and finished products in an efficient and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Install cell piping, perform leak checks, and monitor testing in mechanical gas turbine test cells.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude and drawing schematics to work within the test cell for testing accuracy measures.
• Evaluate and problem solve set up issues including fit, form, and function checks.
• Accurately records and troubleshoots all testing results.
• Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations of the facility.
• Participate in and complete all mandatory overtime, including Saturday and Sunday, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Aerodyn management

requirements

• Physical and Manual Dexterity Skills is required
• 3+ Years experience in mechanical or electrical controls background
• Must be self-directed and able to deliver under pressure, meeting customer and management deadlines
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable operating independently and with a team
• Must demonstrate ability to act professionally
• Minimum travel required
• Ability to comply to physical requirements (see below)
