Testing Technician
The testing technicians performs cell build up and testing of turbo testing, components and finished products in an efficient and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Install cell piping, perform leak checks, and monitor testing in mechanical gas turbine test cells.
- Utilize mechanical aptitude and drawing schematics to work within the test cell for testing accuracy measures.
- Evaluate and problem solve set up issues including fit, form, and function checks.
- Accurately records and troubleshoots all testing results.
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations of the facility.
- Participate in and complete all mandatory overtime, including Saturday and Sunday, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Aerodyn management
requirements
- Physical and Manual Dexterity Skills is required
- 3+ Years experience in mechanical or electrical controls background
- Must be self-directed and able to deliver under pressure, meeting customer and management deadlines
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable operating independently and with a team
- Must demonstrate ability to act professionally
- Minimum travel required
- Ability to comply to physical requirements (see below)
