Electrical Engineer
This position is responsible for electrical programming and controls of turbo test cells for customer testing. This includes troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conductive research to provide successful test results to the end customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Programming of Siemens PLC for Fluid Flow Testing
- Design and Modification of PC-Based Data Acquisition Systems; including troubleshooting of issues
- Analyze and identify sensors and controls to meet customer testing requirements
- Perform testing and calibration of all required test equipment during testing
- Review, analyze, and prepare documentation and reporting of test results
- Maintain equipment records and perform any required maintenance
- Provide estimated costs for any equipment repairs/improvements
- Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures
- Participate in and complete all mandatory overtime, including Saturday and Sunday, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Aerodyn management
requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent skillset from accredited program.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and applicable codes related to Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge of design and calculation Software
- Must be self-directed and able to deliver under pressure, meeting customer and management deadlines
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable operating independently and with a team
- Must demonstrate ability to act professionally
- Minimum travel required
