Shipping and Receiving Clerk
We are looking for a highly organized and detailed driven individual who enjoys being hands on and owning a variety of tasks. This position is highly organized and committed to delivering a high level of quality and detail, in an efficient and timely manner, understanding the need to manage multiple projects and details on a daily basis.
Shift Options:
1st Shift: Monday through Friday starting at 7am
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday starting at 4pm, shift premium differential is available for this shift.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Process all customer and vendor shipments to maintain proper receiving procedures as documented in QMS.
- Prepares and documents all customer property on customer property log for audit purposes.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver vendor and customer deliveries with utmost safety in mind.
- Prepare all pictures of incoming and outgoing shipments and saves in appropriate folders for audit purposes.
- Assist in proper packaging and organization of the department to ensure minimal risk and damage to customer orders.
- Schedules and communicates with quality to ensure all shipment paperwork is received by early afternoon each day.
- Reviews all customer shipment forms and checklists for accuracy and ensures all pictures are properly stored before shipment.
- Assist in forklift certification to allow for transfer of large customer property within the facility.
- Receive all incoming deliveries and ensure all receiving processes are addressed at all times with emphasis within the ERP system.
- Schedule and oversee all outgoing shipments with appropriate carriers, per direction of supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining all physical inventory including facility transfers and logging all use of materials.
- Assist in overall organization and cleanliness in the shop, per direction of supervisor.
- Review and complete all required documentation and time entry within ERP system for proper scheduling requirements.
- Participate in and complete all mandatory overtime, including Saturday and Sunday, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Aerodyn management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Must be highly organized and detailed in nature.
- Must be self-directed and able to deliver under pressure, meeting customer and management deadlines
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable operating independently and with a team
- Must demonstrate ability to act professionally
- Minimum travel required
- Ability to comply to physical requirements
