As a CNC Lathe Operator at BCI Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to perform precision machining tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures as required.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to achieve desired tolerances.
Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC lathes.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of CNC lathe operations and machining techniques.
Familiarity with various measuring tools and instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

Active and moving all day
Using hands/fingers, reaching, stooping, bending, or crouching may be required
Lifting (1-75 lbs. with aid)
