What You’ll Be Doing

Craft, repair, and fine-tune the patterns and tooling that keep molten aluminum (and its friends) behaving.
Work with wood, plastic, and metal like a sculptor with superpowers.
Turn CAD drawings and blueprints into aluminum-ready masterpieces.
Keep everything precise, because “close enough” doesn’t cut it in the foundry.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in patternmaking, woodworking, or machining (bonus points if you’ve shaped for castings).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models without breaking a sweat.
A mix of craftsmanship and problem-solving wizardry.
Pride in building things that last longer than fads — especially when they’re poured in aluminum.
CNC machining experience? Even better. We love a technician who can blend old-school skill with modern precision.
