What You’ll Do

You won’t be babysitting a single machine all day. This is real machining, with real variety.

• Machine gray and ductile iron castings to print
• Work across a mix of equipment (CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines from multiple OEMs)
• Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and in-process checks
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Hold tight tolerances on parts that don’t forgive shortcuts
• Work closely with quality, engineering, and production to keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

We care more about how you think than where you’ve been.

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience machining castings or iron is a plus, not a requirement
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn goes a long way
• Ability to read prints and use basic inspection tools
• Someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time
