Join Boardable as an Associate Account Executive: help scale our fast-growing inbound sales engine while building meaningful impact in the nonprofit community and growing with a mission-driven team.

About the Role:

We’re hiring an Associate Account Executive to help scale our fast-growing inbound sales engine. You’ll be responsible for running full-cycle sales for small to midsize nonprofit prospects, while qualifying larger opportunities for Account Executives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in SaaS sales, work meaningful deals end-to-end, and sell into a mission-driven market.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle sales for outbound leads in the <$5K ACV segment

  • Cold call and initiate email sequences to generate qualified leads from target lists

  • Respond quickly to prospect communication and guide prospects through the buying journey

  • Conduct product demos, uncover needs, and tailor solutions to each organization

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder nonprofit buying groups (EDs, admins, board members)

  • Follow up persistently on active deals and revive lost opportunities

  • Document activity, pipeline, and key insights in HubSpot

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer success for clean handoffs

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What Success Looks Like:

  • Hit monthly/quarterly quota for self-sourced sales qualified opportunities

  • Maintain CRM hygiene with 100% activity logging and forecasting accuracy

  • Deliver low no-show rates on self-booked demos

  • Collaborate proactively with teammates and act on coaching feedback

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or a customer-facing SaaS role (SDR, AE, or similar)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing 20–30 opportunities at a time

  • Gritty follow-up discipline: you're not afraid to chase down a decision

  • Empathy for nonprofit professionals and ability to simplify technical value

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Training in sales qualifying methodology like MEDDPICC preferred.

  • Passion for mission-driven work and helping small teams achieve big things
