Qualifications — Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or strategy roles (preferably in startups or high-growth environments); Proven experience supporting startup fundraising (financial models, investor materials, pitch prep); Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets); Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders; Highly organized with ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliverables; Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Carta, or similar platforms. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with Board-level reporting or strategic planning; Exposure to venture-backed startups or founder-led organizations; Background in FP&A or financial strategy focused on scenario planning and forecasting. Your Purpose: Be a key contributor to client engagements, supporting CFOs in executing strategy, managing projects, and ensuring client success. Your Responsibilities: Client Engagement — deliver financial hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and scenario planning; build strong relationships as a trusted advisor. Financial Leadership Support — assist with fundraising (financial models, investor decks, data room materials); execute financial reporting, budget updates, and cash flow analysis. Project Management — manage specific client projects with CFOs and analysts; contribute to model refinement, cash management optimization, and reporting enhancements. System Development — enhance internal processes and help build scalable systems; adapt and improve existing systems to support growth.
