You will provide white-glove setup of a new customer’s financial model into the Forecastr platform and be a critical component for ensuring customers get world-class operational financial models, have an unforgettable experience with Forecastr, and are extracting the maximum amount of value possible from our product & services. In short, you set the trajectory and tone for our ongoing customer success and activation efforts.Your Responsibilities- Love our customers. They will be your top-priority. We want to build real human relationships with these startup founders. Clearly identify their objectives and put their needs first.- Independently guide our new customers through our white-glove onboarding and serve as a financial leader to make sure their business is represented in an accurate and operationally useful way.- Building models into the Forecastr platform from information directly provided by the customer or translating existing customer models when provided.- Progress customers through onboarding consistently and efficiently to ensure new sales deal flow is uninterrupted.- Be prepared to train customers on how to use the Forecastr platform as needed.- Continually engage with our customers through Live Chat, Email, and sometimes Zoom Calls to answer questions, remove blockers, provide support, guidance, and expertise throughout onboarding.- Work directly with the Director of Customer Onboarding on strategic initiatives designed to improve the experience of customers and optimize how we serve them.- Maintain Forecastr's internal systems for customers management such as HubSpot and Asana.- While not a part of your primary role, everyone at an early-stage startup can and must wear multiple hats. There will be ample opportunity for you to involve yourself in other areas of the company such as: sales, product testing, operations, content marketing, etc.
