Description
hc1 is seeking a motivated and results-driven VP, Clinical Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical strategies and workflows, healthcare regulations, and the technology landscape within the healthcare industry. This role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
What you'll do:
- Identify and target potential healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and ACO's/payers, to promote our integrated anemia and chronic disease care management software solutions and patient blood management consulting services
- Conduct assessments, financial analysis, and product demos to showcase how our software and standard clinical consulting services can improve clinical operations and patient care and improve financial performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital/health system decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and client feedback
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare technology
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
- National travel up to 50%
Requirements
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology or software industry
- Good understanding of blood products and hospital transfusion practices/services
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care management, and healthcare regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
