🎯 The Role: Post-Silicon Validation Manager
As Post-Silicon Validation Manager, you will own Ixana’s chip validation strategy end-to-end and build out the team responsible for bringing Wi-R silicon to life. You’ll manage a growing group of talented engineers in Bengaluru, set up world-class validation labs, and define methodologies that ensure Wi-R chips achieve unmatched energy efficiency and reliability.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead Ixana’s Bengaluru Post-Silicon Validation team (5–10 engineers initially)
Define validation strategy, test plans, and coverage metrics for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems
Set up and scale lab infrastructure with prototype boards, analyzers, and automated test fixtures
Oversee system-level performance, power, and reliability validation of prototype silicon
Drive debugging across silicon, firmware, and system interactions, collaborating with IC design and software teams globally
Develop tools, frameworks, and automation to accelerate validation cycles
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of rigor, speed, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
Proven track record building and leading technical teams
Strong lab skills with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes, and high-speed measurement tools
Deep understanding of SoC architectures, low-power design, and performance validation
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work across disciplines
Nice to Have
Experience with wireless communication chipsets (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular, or custom PHYs)
Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
Expertise in scripting/programming (Python, C, C++) for automation and data analysis
Familiarity with DV flows and pre-silicon/post-silicon co-validation strategies
