What You’ll Do

• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through process audits and data analysis.

• Lead process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, implementation of standards and procedures, and continuous optimization efforts.

• Design and deploy automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase overall productivity.

• Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure seamless internal operations and effective communication.

• Support internal sales operations by managing sales data, coordinating with account managers, and assisting in customer onboarding and follow-up activities.

• Track multiple ongoing projects, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, standards, and operational processes.

• Provide performance insights and regular operational feedback to leadership teams.

• Assist in implementing and integrating new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.

• Contribute to communications, outreach, and marketing initiatives with creative problem-solving and execution.

• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, workflows, and decision-making across functions.

• Support special projects and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities.

• Enthusiasm for using AI tools and automation to drive efficiency.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and operational workflows.

• Comfortable coordinating across teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn CRM systems, automation platforms, and new operational tools.

Preferred

• Prior internship or work experience in operations, business support, process optimization, or startup environments.

• Exposure to CRM systems, workflow automation tools, or AI-powered productivity tools.

• Experience supporting sales operations or internal coordination processes.

• Creative/design skills or experience supporting communications and marketing initiatives.

• Interest in semiconductors, deep tech, or emerging technologies.
