Job Description
Proficiently operating a scanner will be required. Able to read schedule ID tags, accurately perform cycle counts at or above 95%, transact from perpetual to WIP in Friedman, perform inventory transactions, stock inventory, able to lift 50lb, able to read a tape measure and understand inches down to the 1/32 of an inch, work at a fast pace with attention to detail, ability to read and understand lockout tag out, be a team play and learn other jobs within the area., self-motivated, must be able to operate a high bay, forklift, WAV motorized pallet jack, would be required but only about 15-20% of the day, and perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
- The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
- Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
- Forklift certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. The organization is prepared to provide comprehensive training to the most qualified candidate
