Job Description
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
· Interacts with multiple layers of leadership in identification and resolution of any issues that may arise
· Candidate must have good attendance and be flexible on hours at determined times
· Exhibit knowledge of the 4 Basics; Safe and Clean Workplace, Quality at or above expectations, complete on time delivery, Fashionable products and fair price
· Have a strong knowledge of the process flow of the department as well as a basic knowledge of the departments up and down the value stream
· Must be able to assess a problem and prioritize responsibilities and countermeasures
· Participate/Lead/Facilitate Masterbrand Way Events & Trainings such as Standard Work and 6S
· Understanding of Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedures & Controls
· Possess Leadership skills; Positive & Neutral
· Perform all other duties as assigned
. Administrate DMR system for Plant 4
. Administrate LPA system for Plant 4
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
. Proficiency in general programming skills
. Proficiency in data analysis tools and skills
. Proficiency in general IT tools and skills
. General troubleshooting skills
. General software automation knowledge
. General PLC and sensor knowledge
. Working knowledge of RFID hardware and software
. Working knowledge of SharePoint
. Working knowledge of Object Oriented Design programming
. Working knowledge of Kepware
. Working knowledge of ThingWorx
. Working knowledge of database design and SQL
· Problem solving
· Self driven/motivated and be able to manage multiple tasks (Multitask)
· Works well both as a team and as an individual
· Time management, complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal direction
· Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· MBS tools, time observations, 5Y, process mapping, TPM cards, Standard Work Packets, JHA, Visual Controls, and other shop floor documents, visual controls, etc.
· May be required to operate powered equipment (PIT) safely (V-saw, band saw, drill, forklift, wave, etc.)
· Employee is required to wear any applicable personal protective equipment
Strong communication skills
Education:
· High school or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
