Position Type The position will be based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The primary location for this position will be at the Ostoform office at 200 E. Main Street, Suite 910.
The position can be a hybrid position, based on performance, and personal circumstances. This is at the discretion of the hiring manager.
Job Description In your role as Consumer Care Specialist, you will report directly to the senior Chief Commercial Officer, gaining exposure to all business areas, while supporting business growth and in particular, US expansion. You will help grow the company’s customer base by engaging directly with end users, supporting all product-related queries.
This position will pay in a range of $20-$25 per hour, depending on the candidate, and presents the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
You will contribute to the success of the business through daily activities that will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- Placing customer calls and supporting customer queries
- Providing solutions to end-user challenges and needs
- Recording product feedback and documenting feedback appropriately, in accordance with quality procedures
- Implementation of relevant purchasing and sales procedures and controls within Ostoform’s Quality Management System
- Providing support to the R&D team by sharing end-user experiences
