Currently supporting nearly 700 dealership locations in under three years, Overfuel is a high-growth SaaS company specializing in performance-driven website platforms and SEO solutions for automotive dealerships.

We help dealers win more business online through innovative website technology, advanced SEO strategies, and data-driven insights. We are scaling and we are looking for serious closers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a true full-cycle hunter. This is a quota-carrying role for a disciplined sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting, competitive positioning, and closing new business.

  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Prospect dealership decision-makers (Owners, GMs, GSMs, Marketing Directors)
  • Run structured discovery
  • Deliver compelling product demos
  • Create separation from incumbent vendors
  • Control the sales process from first touch to signed agreement

Qualifications

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, full-cycle, quota-carrying role (prospecting through close)
  • Experience selling automotive SaaS, dealership website platforms, digital marketing services, SEO, or technology solutions
  • OR minimum 2+ years of leadership experience inside an automotive dealership (General Manager, General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Internet Manager)

Additionally, strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience in outbound sales (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn prospecting)
  • Ability to run structured discovery and deliver persuasive product demos
  • Confidence navigating competitive vendor displacement and pricing objections
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital retailing trends
  • CRM discipline with accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • High level of accountability and ownership of quota

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience selling dealership website platforms or SEO services
  • Experience replacing incumbent automotive website providers
  • Track record of exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environment

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • On-target earnings plan of $144,000+
