Account Manager – Automotive Customer Success (Remote, Mid-Level)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and client-focused Account Manager to join our Customer Success team and support automotive dealerships across the country. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted digital performance advisor, helping dealership partners optimize their websites and digital strategy to drive measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, using your knowledge of the automotive space and our platform to proactively identify opportunities, address concerns, and deliver value that directly supports dealer success.

This is a remote, mid-level position ideal for someone with experience in the automotive industry (dealership or vendor side), who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients grow through better digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealership clients
  • Monitor website performance and proactively communicate insights
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are met
  • Drive high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Track and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and internal reporting dashboards
  • Educate clients on digital best practices and platform capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing—automotive industry experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with website performance metrics, SEO principles, and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals a plus
  • Experience using digital tools like SEMrush, Google PageSpeed Insights, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading client-facing calls
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for helping clients succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field preferred, or experience in the automotive industry
