About Overfuel
Overfuel is a fast-growing SaaS company building the leading digital platform for the automotive industry. Our proprietary CMS — think the flexibility of Webflow with the simplicity of WordPress, powered by a drag-and-drop editor and an extensive template library — helps dealerships build high-performing websites that drive real results. We move fast, we care about craft, and we're looking for people who do too.
The Role
As a Website Implementation & Onboarding Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of client website launches — from signed contract through QA and go-live. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the process, setting expectations, and delivering websites that exceed what they imagined. This is a client-facing, project-management-heavy role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, web implementation, and customer success.
What You'll Do
- Lead website implementation projects end-to-end: from contract signing through onboarding, QA, and launch
- Serve as the primary client point of contact; understanding their goals, educating them on best practices, and keeping projects on track
- Manage multiple simultaneous implementations without dropping the ball on timelines or quality
- Coordinate with third-party vendors that are integral to our clients' digital ecosystems
- Align internal stakeholders and clients around key milestones and deadlines
- Ensure every site meets SEO best practices for on-page optimization
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our onboarding processes, documentation, and training
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in web consulting, digital agency, interactive, or a related field
- Proven track record managing website or CMS implementation projects from kickoff to launch
- Confidence leading client conversations by phone — this role has high phone engagement
- Ability to read and interpret sitemaps and XML files to define project scope
- Solid grasp of SEO principles and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Sharp eye for UX design patterns and what makes a website work for its audience
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing clarity
Bonus Points
- Strong aesthetic sensibility — you can tell a beautiful website from a mediocre one
- Experience with AI tooling and workflows
- Background in the automotive industry or automotive SaaS
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Paid holidays and flexible PTO
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
