We’re looking for a bit of a unicorn. Half of your week will be spent in the weeds of payroll and data (Excel, CRM, numbers), and the other half will be spent being the voice of support for our caregivers.

At Paid.care, we support family members who are caring for their loved ones. They have one of the hardest jobs in the world, and they’re going to look to you to make sure their pay is right and their questions are answered.

What you’ll actually be doing:

Being the "Go-To": You’re the friendly face (via phone and text) for our caregivers. When they have a scheduling issue or just need someone to listen, you’re there.
Mastering the Numbers: You’ll handle the "back office" side of things—running payroll, auditing hours, and making sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.
Tech Triage: You’ll live in our CRM and Excel. You need to be the kind of person who can have ten tabs open, three chats going, and still catch a typo in a spreadsheet.
Problem Solving: If a caregiver is stressed or a system isn't working, you don't panic. You find a "win-win" solution and keep moving.

This is for you if:

You’re fast. You don't just "use" computers; you’re the person your friends ask for tech help.
You have thick skin and a big heart. You can handle a tough conversation with empathy without letting it ruin your day.
You’ve done payroll before. You understand the stakes of getting someone’s paycheck right.
Excel is your best friend. You know your way around formulas and data entry.
You hate being bored. This role is high-volume and moves quickly.
