Onboarding Specialist – Remote
Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $50,000 (Base Hourly + Commission)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organized Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to coordinate projects, ensure smooth workflows, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. This is a remote, full-time position with consistent daytime hours.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee daily project activities from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure project requirements are met
• Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
• Identify challenges and propose effective solutions
• Maintain organized project documentation and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project management and the MDHHS Home Help Program is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule

• Full-time
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday

Compensation

• Up to $50,000 annually (Base salary + commission opportunities)
