Job Description

We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Partnerships Manager to own and accelerate our digital growth. In this role, you’ll drive performance across our DTC site while building the strategic partnerships that fuel brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue. You’ll combine hands-on execution with big-picture vision, making this an ideal opportunity for a growth-minded marketer who wants real ownership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead ecommerce growth through CRO, product bundling, merchandising, promotions, and lifecycle marketing (email/SMS)
  • Own full-funnel site performance: landing pages, PDPs, cart & checkout with A/B tests & prioritized hypotheses
  • Build and manage our promotional calendar to drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
  • Identify & leverage partnerships to amplify ecommerce performance, drive cross-promotions, and support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Partner across teams to ensure ecommerce, campaigns, and partnerships are aligned to business goals.
  • Analyze performance, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience scaling early-stage DTC ecommerce channels and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong grasp of website optimization, digital merchandising, and promotional strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, lifecycle/email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive) & reporting.
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships that deliver results.
  • A data-driven operator who’s equally comfortable executing today while planning and optimizing for next week, month, and quarter.
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to articulate what we are building towards each week, month & quarter.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiastic to move fast & prove results.
  • 4-6 years of experience in D2C ecommerce & partnerships
