The Role
As our Associate Product & Quality Analyst, you’ll focus primarily on testing while gaining exposure to product management practices. You’ll write user acceptance criteria (UAC), create test scenarios, and run manual and automated tests to ensure releases meet expectations. You’ll be the voice of quality, responsible for finding issues, documenting them clearly, and helping guide conversations about priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Design, execute, and document manual test cases across features and workflows.
- Contribute to and begin developing automated test cases.
- Perform regression and system testing to ensure new features don’t break existing functionality.
- Test APIs and integration points to validate end-to-end reliability.
- Log defects, track progress, and communicate issues clearly to the development team.
- Write clear user acceptance criteria (UAC) that define when a feature is ready to ship.
- Collaborate with developers and product leaders on test priorities and release readiness.
- Participate in daily “stand up” calls with the development team and contribute when necessary.
- Assist Product Manager with feature request tracking, logging, review, and planning.
Who You Are
- 0–2 years of QA, software testing, or product-related experience.

- Curious and detail-oriented — you spot issues others miss.
- Strong communicator, able to explain issues to both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Excited to learn product management basics (UAC, requirements, prioritization).
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where flexibility and initiative are valued.
- Confident in your ability to compile disparate notes from testing results in a concise manner for the development team.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with test management tools.
- Interest in automation frameworks or scripting.
