We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and support our Sr. Director of Accounts across multiple teams, leagues and product verticals. This is a role ideal for someone eager to gain experience, develop relationships, and grow in the live events and tech industry.
Who We Are
Co-founded by highly experienced, multi-time founders and backed by top-tier investors, Attend is harnessing technology to create more accessible live experiences for fans. As a remote team, we operate on PST hours and have occasional evening and weekend needs for industry events.
What You’ll Do
● Directly support the Sr. Director of Accounts by helping coordinate and execute strategic revenue development objectives with existing partners.
● Lead partner calls around business best practices and product operations.
● Assist in analyzing partner data to help identify solutions that drive revenue growth.
● Collaborate on all aspects of the customer funnel and develop sales materials with guidance from the Sr. Director, EVP of Business Development, and CEO.
● Conduct partner health checks, managing routine touchpoints to maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners.
● Participate in industry meetings and conferences as needed to build industry knowledge and support networking efforts.
● Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to feature development discussions.
● Develop sales projections and reports to track and analyze progress toward KPIs.
● Provide general support to team members across departments, contributing to a culture of shared values and collaboration.

Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000, based on experience
