Responsibilities
● Project Ownership: Manage multiple concurrent technical projects from planning to delivery—defining scope, timelines, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, product, operations, to align requirements, track dependencies, and ensure smooth hand-offs.
● Technical Communication: Translate technical requirements into clear requirements documentation for stakeholders and executives; act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
● Process Management: Implement and optimize agile workflows (sprint planning, retrospectives, release schedules) and ensure documentation and reporting accuracy.
● Systems Integration: Oversee integrations with third-party APIs, platforms, and enterprise systems (e.g., ticketing, CRM, payment, and analytics tools).
● Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, manage blockers, and drive quick resolution while maintaining alignment across teams.
● Performance Reporting: Deliver regular project updates, milestone reviews, and data-driven performance summaries for leadership.
● Continuous Improvement: Drive process efficiency through automation, tooling, and best practices across project management, QA/QC, and deployment workflows.

● Demonstrated experience with SQL and relational databases, including the ability to query data, validate integration outputs, and collaborate with engineers on data models, pipelines, and reporting requirements.
● Experience working closely with engineering teams and comfort reading/writing technical specifications, API documentation, and integration requirements.
● Experience automating existing technical workflows with LLM based tools. ● Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and deliver on time.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to present technical updates to non-technical audiences.

● An eagerness to take projects from ideation through execution to deployment.
● A passion for technology and collaboration.
● A results-driven attitude focused on delivery and continuous improvement.
