• Compensation: $13.00-$19.00/hr ($13.00/hr base + performance bonuses)

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Currently enrolled as a college/university sophomore or higher (business major), recent graduate, or equivalent educational background, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients, convey product value propositions, and build rapport with customers.
• Motivation and Enthusiasm: Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and a strong work ethic, showcasing the ability to self-motivate, meet targets, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Experience and Skills You'll Need:

While previous sales and cold-call experience is a plus, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality with a proven track record of achieving goals.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to build a career in sales.
• Self-motivated, driven professional with high energy and excellent attention to detail.
