Job description:

With you on our team, our customers will be able to reliably and securely serve their limited-English members in their native language. You will accomplish this by developing and improving our translation technology. This will improve user satisfaction and prevent embarrassment & frustration.

Job responsibilities and expectations:

The perfect candidate will accomplish at least the following after joining our team:

• You will develop an AI eval platform for our professional translation team within 3 months.
• You will regularly analyze customer usage to identify test cases to incorporate into the AI eval platform.
• You will increase our product’s quality and our language offerings by integrating new language AI providers into our platform.
• You will work with professional translators to develop and test new languages in our products. You will add 3 new languages at high quality within 6 months.
• You will develop automated end-to-end testing for our AI document and speech translation products within 6 months.
• You will monitor AI resource usage to ensure we can serve our customers as we scale.
