Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to lead our production team As

production manager in this startup company, you will plan and monitor production builds,

ensuring safety and compliance of associates and smooth production operations and supply

chain.

Responsibilities:

Production:

Compliance of self and staff to operating procedures.
Job scheduling according to sales forecast.
Staffing, Safety and Training for production staff.
Assignment of production staff to job / stations.
Capacity and bottleneck analysis.

Facilities maintenance and planning.

Supply chain:

Balance risk/cash to ensure production materials to forecast.
Maintenance and procurement of production equipment.
Supplier management, collaboration and partnerships.
Inventory management.
Business representation (SIOP) for production/supply chain

Quantification of production improvement opportunities.

Experience/Skills:

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Experience with ERP tools.
Experience in buying and/or planning in a manufacturing environment.
Business acumen.
Direct labor management experience.
