Dream Logistics is a growing freight agency partnered with QFS Transportation (asset carrier) and First Star Logistics (national brokerage).
Our team provides dependable dry-van and intermodal trucking solutions nationwide.
We’re expanding and looking for experienced, motivated Freight Sales Agents who want the freedom to work independently with full operational support behind them.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage shipper relationships
- Quote and book freight for dry-van and intermodal customers
- Coordinate loads with our dispatch and carrier network
- Deliver great service and build long-term accounts
What We Provide
- Partnership with asset and brokerage capacity (QFS + First Star)
- Back-office support: billing, carrier setup, collections
- Dispatch and carrier network so you can focus on selling
- Access to major load boards (DAT / Truckstop)
- Weekly commission payouts
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of freight brokerage, logistics, or trucking sales experience
- Existing shipper contacts (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated and organized
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
💰 100% commission – no cap on earnings
You earn 35% of the gross profit on every load you sell.
The more freight you move, the more you make — simple and unlimited.
Example: If a load generates $1,000 in Net profit, you earn $350.
**Higher Percentages will apply for met sales targets.**
Location
Remote / Work From Anywhere (U.S.)
Preferred Areas: Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, Vermont or Rhode Island
