Owned and operated by Morris Sabbagh and Abraham Kassin, KSR primarily focuses on the East Coast, offering expertise in acquisition, financing, leasing, property management, development, and construction management within the New York metro area. The firm manages various assets, including a full-service corporate housing company, Furnished Dwellings, with over 300 units in Manhattan, and a full-service luxury residential brokerage, Luxury Property Group. KSR also operates a full-service retail and office leasing company in the New York metro area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Sales Agent located in New York, NY. The Investment Sales Agent will be responsible for managing and executing property acquisitions, conducting market research, evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaboration with the leasing and property management teams to optimize asset performance and ensure seamless property transactions.

Qualifications

Experience in property acquisitions, leasing, and property management
Strong market research and investment evaluation skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Proficient in maintaining and developing client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the New York metro real estate market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
