We are looking for a Sales Business Development Agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
1+ in automotive BDC/BDR call center retail sales or hospitality (automotive experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications
1+ in automotive BDC/BDR call center retail sales or hospitality (automotive experience preferred but not required).
- CRM fluency (VIN solutions, DealerSocket, eLead, or similar), plus basic Google/Microsoft tools.
- Professional phone voice, strong writing skills, and a friendly resilient demeanor.
Positive and hardworking personality
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation
