Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for vehicle transport shipments.
- Communicate with carriers and customers to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
- Negotiate rates and close deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the shipping process.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and shipment information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in auto transport brokerage or dispatch.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiar with Central Dispatch and other transport platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and phone.
