- Experience in Sales and Insurance processes
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with sales software and tools is advantageous CRM
- Fluency in English is a must
