What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily for new clients across multiple lead sources
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries from internet leads, sign calls, and more
- Schedule appointments for our Listing and Buyer Agents
- Maintain and organize client and lead databases
- Consistently follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, teammates, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable learning and internalizing scripts for effective conversations
- Focused, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management
- Results-driven with a high level of personal accountability
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and internet skills
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Ability (or willingness) to obtain a real estate license
- Previous sales experience and/or a valid real estate license is a plus
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Set and achieve monthly performance goals
- Track business sources and conversion metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Manage and nurture 50+ new leads weekly, along with existing database leads
- Consistently generate a high volume of new connections each week
- Be coachable, accountable, and committed to growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly wage

Base Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + Commission
