🎯 Position PurposeRepresent DGS Group in the marketing, promotion, and placement of new or remodeled homes ready for sale or lease. The goal is to attract high-quality tenants and buyers, strengthen the brand’s presence within the Latino community in Metro Atlanta, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the managed property portfolio.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Promote finished or pre-sale properties through social media, personal contacts, and referrals.
- Organize open houses, property tours, and virtual showings.
- Qualify and screen tenants or buyers to ensure stability and good community reputation.
- Collaborate with the production and property management departments to maintain low turnover and high occupancy.
- Negotiate lease terms and coordinate rental and renewal contracts.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support local marketing strategies, partnerships with Latino-owned businesses, and community outreach.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (Metro Atlanta).
- Outgoing personality with excellent negotiation skills, empathy, and natural leadership.
- Strong network within the Latino community, including churches, associations, or local groups.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, property management, or customer service.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Competitive commissions per closed rental or sale.
