Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, or sellers in commercial lease and sales transactions
- Conduct property tours, prepare offering memorandums, and negotiate deal terms
- Research market trends, availabilities, and comparable transactions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline activity
- Collaborate with senior brokers on exclusive listings and active deals
- Active NY Real Estate License (Preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and as part of a team
