ISO Account Executive
A growing payments platform is expanding its ISO and Agent Bank program and is hiring an Account Executive to recruit, activate, and manage these partnerships. The role works closely with Product, Risk, and Operations and has direct impact on channel growth.
Responsibilities
• Recruit, sign, and onboard new ISO and Agent Bank partners.
• Negotiate revenue share, residual structures, and commercial terms.
• Train and enable partner sales teams with collateral and portal access.
• Drive joint GTM motions through co-selling, prospecting, and events.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor bank, KYB, and PCI requirements.
• Manage partner relationships through reviews, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Build repeatable playbooks to scale partner acquisition and performance.
• Represent the company at industry shows and ISO/agent events.
• Gather partner feedback to improve tools and channel programs.
Success Measures
• New partners signed and activated.
• Processing volume and revenue through channel.
• Reliable forecasting and pipeline health.
• Strong partner satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring
• 5 to 8+ years in payments, merchant acquiring, or channel partnerships.
• Experience managing ISO, Agent Bank, or referral networks.
• Understanding of acquiring economics and residual models.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk needs for ISO/Agent programs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Organized self-starter with outbound discipline.
