$60,000–$125,000 Base + Commissions | Full-Time

We’re a fast-growing skilled trades staffing firm serving the construction, environmental, and emergency response industries. We help contractors complete projects on time and help skilled workers find meaningful work. Now we’re looking for a Sales Representative who excels at outreach, relationship building, and generating new business.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls daily to project managers, superintendents, and decision-makers
- Build instant rapport and turn cold conversations into warm relationships
- Use phone, LinkedIn, social media, email, and networking to generate high-quality leads
- Visit job sites and conduct in-person meetings to strengthen client relationships, if feasible
- Understand client needs, talent gaps, and project timelines to recommend staffing solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and deal flow
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful placements

- You understand how to leverage LinkedIn and social media to cultivate relationships

- You stay organized and disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management
- Experience in construction, skilled trades, or staffing sales is a plus (not required)

- For representatives with existing books of business - we will create a custom compensation plan with guaranteed commission based on book of business
- Unlimited commission potential
- $60,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience; higher range is reserved for those with proven track record in staffing and existing client relationships
