- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Uncapped Commission ($100,000.00 - $300,000.00+ a year potential) - Non-Salaried
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, Professional development assistance, Direct mentorship, Clear path to Partner & wealth building
- Schedule: Self-determined schedule, 50-60 hour work weeks expected, Weekend availability
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
- Work Location: Inland Empire, CA (with expansion to Orange County)
Job Requirements
- A B2B sales background or an ambitious, highly motivated college graduate.
- An ambitious, full-time professional looking for a high-income sales career.
- A motivated self-starter with a "boiler room" work ethic and resilience.
- Note: This is not a residential real estate position.
- Perform heavy cold calling, client outreach, and appointment setting.
- Nurture and convert commercial leads into appointments and contracts.
- Provide expert guidance to high-net-worth clients.
- Follow our proven systems to achieve predictable high-income and wealth-building goals.
