This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for a Professional Sales Representative. The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting available options, and guiding them through the sales process. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and handling customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Collaboration with colleagues, regular follow-ups with customers, and staying updated on industry trends are essential components of this role.
- Experience in customer relationship management, communication, and building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle customer interactions and sales processes.
- Knowledge of current automotive trends, features, and technologies is an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is a plus, but not a requirement; a proven sales track record in other industries will also be considered.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
