Sunset Valley Group seeks entry-level candidates to fill Sales and Marketing Agent roles to support our clients' marketing and sales campaigns. In this position, direct marketing agents will interact face-to-face with customers, focusing on face-to-face marketing, sales, and promotional events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and sales, contributing to our dynamic team and increasing client revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential new consumers daily and educate them on current promotions
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Act as a point person for all consumer relations
- Generate leads and drive SALES
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
- Goal-oriented with a student mentality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- Availability to work flexible shifts
