RKC Logistics is looking for experienced and motivated Freight Sales Agents to join our growing team. This is a 1099, commission-only sales role ideal for individuals who already have a book of business, and do not want to deal with the operational issues of maintaining their book. This individual has the drive to continue to build their portfolio with un-capped earning potential while partnering with a company which has 27+ years of operational success in delivering trust across many industries.

If you’re a self-starter who thrives in logistics, excels in communication, and loves building client relationships — this is for you.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with shippers.
Offer customized logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting up to account management.

Requirements

Proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
Existing book of business is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of market trends, lane rates, and carrier networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Outside-of-the-box thinking when it comes to developing relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a commission-only 1099 role, not W-2.
