As a Residential Field Sales Agent, you’ll connect with potential customers in their homes to sell internet products and services. You’ll plan your territory daily, travel in a company vehicle, engage face-to-face, process orders, activate service, and ensure accurate billing. Comfort perks are provided year-round (cooling towels, popsicles in summer; beanies, hand warmers in winter). You’ll meet sales targets, use user-friendly tech, and occasionally attend networking events. Ideal candidates bring transferable skills from customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing.

Training

Paid 5-week program: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM ET
Week 1: Virtual training on systems, products, and processes
Weeks 2–5: Paired with Virtual Regional Sales Coach for outside sales skill-building
Optional in-office training with covered travel costs

Must-Haves

2+ years sales experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Reliable, insured personal vehicle until company car provided
Strong interpersonal skills; familiarity with iPads/iPhones
Self-motivated; able to work outdoors in all weather and varied terrain
Distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet (25 Mbps) for virtual work

Nice-to-Have: Ability to speak Spanish
