As an Account Executive at Yourco, you will be selling into Mid-Market+ accounts, building deeper relationships with our partners, and developing your software sales career at a high growth startup with clear advancement opportunities. You will be trained on the Yourco sales playbook by the CEO.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. The role involves demo'ing Yourco to prospects and working buying committees to close new customers. We generate inbound leads through SEO, LLM queries, digital ads, referrals, and existing partnerships, but you will also be expected to outbound prospect for new clients and new partners in order to build your pipeline. As a Yourco Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to attend targeted events with prospective clients and partners out in the field as well.

Responsibilities:
- Executing demos with new inbound and outbound leads
- Engaging buying committees and closing new Yourco customers
- Developing relationships with our channel partners to drive more pipeline
- Sourcing new partners (individuals; regional groups; national organizations) by networking, outbound prospecting (linkedIn, email, cold calling), and referrals
- Presenting Yourco to new partners, and developing deeper relationships with existing partners
- Attending events to open up doors with new clients and partnerships
