Note:
We are looking for a strong relationship builder with a sales mindset. There is a variable component to compensation for this role based on renewals and upsells.
Responsibilities:
Post-Close Relationship Management: Build deep, executive-level relationships, creating multi-threaded partnerships and acting as a strategic point of contact.
Value Realization: Guide customers to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring they see measurable value from the Yourco platform.
Adoption & Engagement: Proactively drive product usage, offer training, and identify opportunities for deeper adoption to increase stickiness.
Risk Management: Monitor customer health, identify potential churn risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and aligning product features to solve them.
Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee a smooth onboarding process to ensure quick time-to-value.
Business Reviews & Renewals: Prepare for and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic renewal conversations to secure long-term commitment and growth.
Internal Advocacy: Serve as the customer's voice internally, sharing feedback with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
Co-Selling: Identify Enterprise Bridge Opportunities in current customer base and work with Enterprise AEs on account expansion.
