|  SharpenCX is a cloud-native contact center platform helping businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences. As we evolve our platform to meet new demands, we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help bring our strategy to life.
 You’ll work on a mix of greenfield functionality and core product modernization. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who enjoys shipping practical solutions, mentoring teammates, and making architectural decisions.
 Responsibilities
  Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices in Typescript/Node.js.Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to translate ideas into robust, maintainable features.Build accessible, performant frontend components with React.Modernize existing systems and contribute to refactoring efforts.Guide architectural decisions and help define engineering best practices.Support and mentor developers via code reviews and collaborative problem solving. What We’re Looking For  6+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong knowledge of Node.js, Typescript, and React.Experience with one or more of the following database technologies: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQLExperience with testing frameworks and practices (unit testing, integration testing, TDD).Hands-on experience integrating with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).Experience designing and deploying services into AWS using Serverless technologies (Lambda, Fargate, etc).Solid understanding of backend and frontend architecture, with the ability to balance tradeoffs in scaling, cost, and developer experience.Comfortable owning features end-to-end and working closely with product stakeholders.Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Bonus: Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks (AWS CDK, Terraform, etc)Bonus: Experience with autonomous coding agents and best practices (Cline, Claude Code, etc)  Why Join Sharpen?We’re not your typical tech company – we’re collaborative, curious, and constantly pushing to improve how contact centers operate.
